Benjamin Parth Named “Chef of the Month” (Issue 1/24) by Germany’s Leading Gourmet Magazine "Der Feinschmecker"
Germany’s renowned gourmet magazine Der Feinschmecker has named Tyrol’s and Austria’s most decorated top chef Benjamin Parth as “Chef of the Month” in its January 2024 issue. The magazine features a detailed multi-page portrait of Benjamin Parth, tracing his journey from Austria’s youngest award-winning chef to one of the world’s finest culinary talents. Just recently, his gourmet restaurant Stüva was ranked joint 4th among the world’s top 1,000 restaurants by the French restaurant guide “La Liste.” Der Feinschmecker awarded his cuisine the highest possible rating: five out of five “F”s.
