The room rate includes
- Prices per person and day in euros including VAT
- Facilities: TV with cable connection, hairdryer, room safe and telephone.
- Energetics: The entire hotel building is inspired by cosmic & Terrestrial radiation and electrosmog are suppressed.
- Recreation: Free use of the YSCLA Vitaltherme. Cozy bathrobes and slippers are available in the room.
- Fitness: Sports enthusiasts can train for free in our small fitness room, which is equipped with the most modern Technogym equipment.
- YSCLA pampering half board:
- Rich gourmet breakfast buffet until 11:00 a.m.
- For late risers we serve a small breakfast at the hotel bar after 11:00 a.m.
- Afternoon snack in the lobby every day from 4:00 p.m.
- In the evening, a multi-course gourmet menu with a choice of options.
- A table will be reserved personally for you during your stay
Arrival departure
Check-In: from 2 p.m
Check-Out: by 11 a.m. In the event of early departure, late arrival or a reduced number of people, the room price will be charged without deductions for the days booked.
If your arrival is delayed and you only arrive after 6 p.m., we ask you to make a quick phone call to let us know when we can expect your arrival: +43 5444 5275. Thank you!
We ask for your understanding that changes in people or sub- & Subletting within the booking period is not permitted.
Non-smokers & smokers
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, most of them have a balcony where smoking is permitted and ashtrays are available. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas without exception.
Pets
Are not permitted in our hotel!
Discounts
If you do not use your own room, i.e. the booked room is occupied by another person, the following conditions apply as part of our Booking Information:
- Children up to 3 years: € 20,-
- Children from 4 to 7 years: minus 60% of the room price
- Children from 8 to 11 years: minus 40% of the room price
- Children aged 12 to 14: minus 25% of the room price
- From 15 years: minus 10% of the room price
Prices per person and day.
If children, regardless of age, require their own rooms, the regular room prices will be charged.

The remaining amount or the hotel bill can be paid at check-out with cash, EC card (A/D/NL) or credit card (Euro/Mastercard, Visa). Please check with your financial institution before you start your vacation about any foreign limits on your card.

Booking information and cancellation policy
In the event of cancellations, the provisions of the international hotel regulations apply.
The daily price in the booked category will be charged as an empty bed fee (for later arrivals or earlier departures).
When booking package weeks, there will be no refund for later arrival or earlier departure.
For single occupancy of a double room, the total price of the room will be charged.
Booking Information & Cancellation fees:
- The deposit will be retained up to 3 months before arrival.
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%,
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%,
- 1 week before arrival 90%,
- If you do not arrive, 100% of the total price will be charged.
- The credit card provided will be charged the cancellation fee.
We recommend that you take outcancellation insurance.
