When top chef Benjamin Parth gets into the Christmas spirit, he loves to create one of his award-winning gourmet menus for your holiday celebration. As every year during the pre-Christmas season, the team at Gourmet Restaurant Stüva is ready to cater to your wishes and is available for you, your team, or your clients – in other words, for gourmet groups of up to 40 guests. This year, we organize your Christmas party in Ischgl in the Tyrolean Paznaun from November 24 to December 23, 2018.
The Christmas spirit is already present at the 4-star gourmet hotel YSCLA: Our chef Benjamin Parth, sommelier Sarah Falch, and their entire team are preparing for your Christmas event. This year, special focus is placed on wine: nearly 9,000 bottles are stored in our wine cellar Celerina on a natural stone floor at a constant 16° Celsius. As the perfect complement to our minimalist haute cuisine, Sarah Falch serves international top-quality wines and champagne.
After an excellent ski day in the Silvretta Arena, up to 40 guests can experience culinary peaks of delight from our kitchen, currently awarded 3 Gault Millau toques.
