GAULT&MILLAU 2021: Benjamin Parth is No. 1 in Tyrol

On 3 December 2020, the renowned gourmet guide Gault&Millau presented its ratings for 2021. Benjamin Parth was able to maintain his 18.5 points (5 toques), making his gourmet restaurant Stüva the highest-rated restaurant in Tyrol. For the first time, Parth's new restaurant, SPACE 73, is also listed in the guide.

In Austria, only four restaurants in the Gault&Millau 2021 guide achieved the top rating of five toques (19 points). Nine other top establishments, including Stüva, were rated 18.5 points (5 toques). Benjamin Parth is thus among the top 13 chefs in Austria awarded 18.5 or 19 points in the 2021 guide, making him the new number 1 in Tyrol.

For the first time, Parth’s innovative new gastronomic concept, SPACE 73, which opened last winter, was tested. Combining culinary delights with music and art experiences, it earned 13 points (2 toques) in its first Gault&Millau listing. Under the roof of his gourmet boutique hotel YSCLA, Parth can now unite six toques across his venues.
