It’s been almost exactly a year since Austrian columnist and author Christian Seiler paid us a visit in Ischgl. Seiler is undoubtedly one of the country’s most seasoned gourmets and contributes to renowned gourmet magazines, as well as regularly writing for the Swiss publication DAS MAGAZIN, where he shares his experiences in food, drink, and travel.
In his column, he wrote about his evening at our restaurant—a witty and beautifully written account we’re delighted to share with our readers:
