On October 14, 2015, the results of the gourmet guide “Guide A la Carte 2016” were announced. We’re delighted that our head chef Benjamin Parth once again impressed the reviewers and successfully defended his previous year’s score of 96 points and 5 stars. This places Gourmetrestaurant Stüva in Ischgl among the elite group of 19 top Austrian establishments awarded five stars in the Guide A la Carte:

2009–2016: Benjamin Parth’s Rise in the Guide A la Carte
2009 marked Benjamin Parth’s first appearance in the “Guide A la Carte,” with a score of 76 points and 3 stars. Three years later, he made a sensational leap to 91 points and was named “Rising Star of the Year 2012.” In the previous year, he achieved the top rating of 5 stars and 96 points in the “Guide A la Carte 2015.” This outstanding result was once again confirmed by Benjamin Parth and his kitchen and service team in the current 2016 edition of the gourmet guide.
