Up to 9,000 bottles (focused on Austrian wines) can be found in our wine cellar Celerina on a natural stone floor at a constant 16° Celsius. Additionally, state-of-the-art climate-controlled wine cabinets were installed, holding 790 bottles with 5 separate temperature zones. Overall, the cellar stores national and international premium wines (around 550 selections) as well as a fine selection of champagnes. Particularly exciting are the renowned wines and intriguing discoveries from newcomers. The wine cellar can also be used for small parties or receptions for up to 20 people. On request, fine wines can be tasted as an aperitif in the historic cellar before enjoying the gourmet menu in Restaurant Stüva.
With such wine expertise, perfect pairing with the award-winning cuisine (currently 3 Gault & Millau hats) is guaranteed. Benjamin Parth’s purist culinary style, constantly refined with meticulous precision, combines French classics with modern and occasionally playful accents – always using the finest products of international provenance. This results in visually impressive compositions full of precision, lightness, and guaranteed flavor, as well as world-class sauces.

The Vital Thermal Spa at the hotel also received a facelift, now featuring a bio-sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, brine bath, Aquaviva, and infrared cabin.
