If no separate room is required and the booked room is shared with another person, the following discounts apply:

• Children up to 3 years: €20 per day
• Children aged 4 to 7 years: 60% off the room rate
• Children aged 8 to 11 years: 40% off the room rate
• Children aged 12 to 14 years: 25% off the room rate
• From 15 years and older: 10% off the room rate

Prices are per person, per day.

If a separate room is requested for children of any age, the regular room rates apply.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

In case of early departure, late arrival, or a reduced number of guests, the room rate will be charged in full for the booked days.

Please note that changes of guests, subletting, or re-renting during the booking period are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Most of them, however, have a balcony where smoking is permitted, with ashtrays provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas.

The provisions of the international hotel regulations apply in case of cancellations.

The empty-bed fee (for late arrival or early departure) is charged at the daily rate of the booked room category.

For package weeks, no refunds are given for late arrival or early departure.

For single occupancy of a double room, the full room rate will be charged.

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: deposit retained
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• 1 week before arrival: 90%
• No-show: 100% of the total price charged
• The credit card provided will be charged with the applicable cancellation fee

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.
