The culinary flagship of the Hotel Yscla Ischgl is the Gourmet Restaurant Stüva. As a proud member of the association “Les Grandes Tables du Monde,” it has become one of Austria’s leading fine-dining establishments. Gourmets can look forward to a refined 2-star and 5-toque cuisine that is both cosmopolitan and purist in character.
At the Gourmet Restaurant Stüva, you can choose from a small to an extensive menu – entirely according to your preference. Guests are served with charm and expertise by our young service team. Our sommelier recommends selections from the carefully curated wine list – with wine pairings also available by the glass. For organizational reasons, we are unable to offer vegan dishes.

The name YSCLA (the Romansh term for “Ischgl”) today represents an excellent 4-star superior hotel in the center of Ischgl. The in-house gourmet restaurant Stüva is open from late November to the end of April.
